Estoy presentando un inconveniente con el módulo "Step-By-Step Booking" en mi sitio web.
Actualmente tengo configurado un flujo de reservas en el que cada uno de los barcos de nuestro portafolio tiene un botón que debería abrir el formulario de reserva de Amelia en modo popup, preseleccionando el servicio correspondiente.
El problema es el siguiente:
Solo uno de los barcos (Azimut 50) carga correctamente el módulo de reserva.
Para todos los demás barcos, el módulo se abre pero se queda cargando indefinidamente y no muestra el formulario.
Verifiqué que todos los servicios están correctamente creados en Amelia, con sus respectivas configuraciones (duración, precio, disponibilidad, recursos, etc.).
También verifiqué que todos los botones están bien enlazados con los IDs de los servicios y configurados en el widget de Amelia con "Preselect Booking Parameters" activado.
Tanto Amelia (v8.2.1), WordPress (v6.8) como Elementor (Pro v3.28.3) están actualizados a sus últimas versiones.
No se presentan errores de JavaScript ni errores en consola que indiquen fallos visibles en la carga.
El problema persiste incluso duplicando el servicio que funciona correctamente.
Todo indica que el módulo "Step-By-Step Booking" funciona únicamente con el servicio que está originalmente preseleccionado, pero no responde dinámicamente cuando se intenta cargar otro servicio diferente.

En este caso, te recomiendo que limpies la caché del servidor, ya que a veces los problemas de carga están relacionados con la caché almacenada. Después de limpiar la caché, prueba nuevamente el flujo de reservas para ver si el problema persiste.

Hola Uros, en el momento que te reporté que seguia el problema ya habiamos realizado la limpieza del cache, de todas formas volvimos a limpiar el cache y el problema persiste. Tambien hemos borrado y vuelto a crear el servicio y empleado y sigue el problema, tambien duplicando el unico que funciona y amarrando a otro bote y tampoco, hemos intentado todo.

I'm afraid we are having some difficulty understanding the issue. You mentioned that the booking only works for Boat 50, but we are not seeing a separate popup button for that specific service—only one general popup button, which does not seem to be functioning as expected.
From what I’ve gathered, you’ve mentioned that the configuration has been done for all services separately, but this doesn’t appear to be the case on your website.
Please note that the popup booking button cannot be dynamic in that way. To achieve the behavior you’re aiming for, you would need to create a separate button for each individual service.
Now you can just try our own native Amelia PopUp, like this :
1. Choose an Amelia Booking Block ( In this example i choose the standard Step By Step 2.0)
2. Select if you need any preselected parameter ( here I will choose just one Employee preselected)
3. Then make sure you set a "trigger ID" or "trigger Class" name, and later we will apply the same "trigger ID" or "Class".
In my example, I choose it to be a "Trigger type as ID", named "my-popup-id1"
and make sure to choose "Show in Amelia PopUp" beneath.
Note the Form Shortcode automatically then adds the part "in_dialog=1".
4. Now, you can choose Button/ or try Call To Action ( In my case, we use the free Elementor so a button)
Set the same "Trigger ID or Class" to your button ( or call to action button).
This should help.

Thanks for getting back to me. However, based on your response, it seems the setup on my site hasn’t been reviewed in detail, as the solution you're suggesting is exactly the method I’ve already been using — and it had been working perfectly until recently.
Let me explain precisely how my booking system is configured:
I have a Custom Post Type where each boat is a single post.
I’m using Elementor Theme Builder to create one dynamic template that is applied to all boat posts. This template loads the specific content (name, image, description, etc.) for each boat dynamically.
Inside this template, there is a “Book Now” button which opens an Amelia Booking popup.
The button’s trigger ID is dynamically assigned using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). Each boat post has a unique trigger ID field that matches a specific Amelia shortcode block embedded in the template.
Below the button, I have all the Amelia step-by-step booking shortcodes already set in the template, each with its own trigger, employee, and service ID, and with in_dialog=1 for popup functionality. These are conditionally rendered based on the boat being viewed.
This setup allows each boat to open its specific booking form in a popup, dynamically and automatically, without needing to manually create one booking block per post. This system has been running flawlessly since last year — until recently.
Now, only one of the boats (Boat 50) still triggers the popup as expected. All other boats stopped responding, even though the logic remains unchanged.
It looks like something has changed in the latest version of Amelia, Elementor, or how dynamic triggers are handled — possibly affecting how trigger IDs are registered in the DOM or how Amelia binds them to the booking shortcode.
I kindly ask that you please review my site setup directly, as this isn’t a case of missing configuration — it’s a breakage of a previously working method that aligns with your documented approach, only with dynamic IDs added for scalability.
If needed, I’m happy to share admin access or staging environment credentials for direct inspection.

Just an update: I downgraded Amelia from version 8.2.1 to 8.1.1 and everything is working again as expected.
This confirms that the issue is introduced in 8.2.1 — likely in the way Amelia handles trigger IDs or shortcode registration for dynamic setups.
Please let me know if this is a known issue or if it will be resolved in an upcoming update, as the current version breaks previously functional logic.

Unfortunately, the connection with the booking module has broken again. This time, the issue is slightly different — instead of staying in a loading state, the module now appears but renders transparently and shows no content at all.
This problem is seriously affecting my operations. We've been trying to resolve this issue since April 28, and despite multiple attempts on our side, nothing has worked. The response times and the resolution process with your team have also been quite slow.
Is there any faster or alternative way we can resolve this issue? I would really appreciate more efficient support, as this situation is impacting my business.
