Help! urgent! when I Log into your store with the credentials I received when I purchased the plugin, I try to download the plugin and I get this message: you are not allowed to download file. I already deleted the Lite plugin and I need to urgently complete my project using your premium plugin. I also downloaded the Lite plugin again (after deleting it) hoping I could activate it with purchase code but the activation part is grayed out. Help! Thanks in advance for your assistance
Hi Milos. Your suggestion of using another browser worked to download the file. however I cannot install the plug-in from either browser. From WordPress I go to add plugins, cluck upload plugin, choose file-- the zip file--, Click install now and this is the error message I get in both browsers:
The link you followed has expired.
Please try again.
Please help ASAP as I’m on deadline. Thanks. I have a Mac and I was using Chrome and then I switched to Safari. Again, I cannot upload with either browser.
