Help! urgent!  when I Log into your store with the credentials I received when I purchased the plugin, I try to download the plugin and I get this message: you are not allowed to download  file. I already deleted the Lite plugin and I need to urgently complete my project using your premium plugin. I also downloaded the Lite plugin again (after deleting it) hoping I could activate it with purchase code but the activation part is grayed out.  Help! Thanks in advance for your assistance
