I am trying to set up notifications with a Gmail account. I set up an app password as described in this document: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com//article/18058 and put the information into the notifications settings. It didn't work.
I also tried using 465 as the port as I saw was an option in one of your videos.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I completely understand the urgency of this issue and apologize for the delays. I have passed the details further for additional assistance, as this problem seems complex to replicate.
In the meantime, I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to ensure there are no blocks or restrictions from their side that could be affecting the notifications.
