We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I have followed your tutorial on youtube for setting up the SEND TO in notifications settings, but it seems to be outdated because App Password options is not available anymore on Google.
Is there a more updated tutorial on getting this set up?
Hi Carol,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Our documentation shows the instructions regarding the email notifications setup, but we are not aware that the App password option has been removed from Google. Please, refer to this link for more instructions and make sure that each step is configured properly. You can also refer to this article regarding App Password, you should be able to configure it properly.
Of course, let me know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hello thank you,
This is still not resolved for me.
I have a Microsoft365 account via godaddy and that is where the email is configured, so I added the SMTP setttings in Amelia settings (screenshot attached).
When I try to send a test email of the notifications emails I get a window that spins a blue circle endlessly. Eventually it reverts back to the original screen where I submit my email for the test email. (screenshot attached)

Hi Carol,
Thanks for the reply. Apologies, I've sent the article for Google password configuration, only to see that you are actually using Outlook. You may follow the instructions from this link regarding the Outlook configuration. I guess this is related to the SMTP username, so you want to double-check this.
Of course, if it doesn't work, please provide the WP admin credentials, so we can troubleshoot further.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
