I noticed that all my customers, who use wpamelia with woocommerce for payment, if i update the plugin to version 7.5 or 7.5.1 no longer works the appointment is not created.
I go to the calendar page,
choose the date and time,
complete the information,
I am taken to the woocommerce checkout,
complete the order
and the appointment on wpamelia is not created. If I go to the appointments tab there is no appointment. Same thing if I change the order status in woocommerce to completed or other (I tried everything)
This problem is for plugin versions >= 7.5 and occurs on ALL sites I try.
The only way I have is to still use version 7.4.3. which does NOT have this error. I'm sure it's some bug because simply going back from version 7.5 to 7.4.3. the problem does not persist.
Please do some tests on your systems. What could be the problem?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Apologies for confusion. The option that i'm referring to I not visible on the front end. I would need to enable it through the developers console. I guess the best option would be to provide the staging site and I will provide a brief explanation once it's done.
Great to hear that! Well, you need to enable the option through the developer console. When you open a Wordpress site, go to Payment settings, select WooCoomerce, then right click and open the developer console. (click on Inspect)
You would need to find the "el row" div class (last one)
Then click on "display" to show the option
Then click on enable, save it, and it should be working properly
You won't be able to see it in front but don't worry, it's enabled and it will work fine. Please, let me know if it works.
After switching bookUnpaid there is an issue with status 'rules' sync. The appointment is created now (after switching bookUnpaid). My Woocommerce payment sets the Woocommerce order as completed after successful payment. I've got a rule in the Amelia settings to accept the appointment after the Woocommerce order is updated to completed. It worked, but now it doesn't.
I would kindly ask you to open a new ticket regarding your use case. When you have questions or issues that are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

Hello Luigi,
Thanks for the hint. It's working now. Apparently, for some reason, the option I've changed wasn't saved at first.
Can you perform one more test and let me know if it works now?
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

The issue is related to https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3630885
I already wrote the details there.
