I am trying to setup event notifications for my website. When I tested it with my google account it worked perfectly fine. When I tried to set it up with the client's office 365 outlook email it does not send the notification. Even when I try to send a test email directly from Amelia it gives an error. I have tried to use both app passwords and the normal password that is used to log into office 365. I have followed all the setup procedures that was suggested from one of the tickets in this page as shown in the attachment below but it still gives an error. I have also tried to use both SSL and TLS but it still doesn't send the booking notification from the office 365 outlook email. I think it is important to note that the email I am trying to send notifications from has a domain name ([email protected]).
When I check the console after I try to send a test email from the plugin it gives the following error. Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

Hello Tayrell.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
From your screenshot, I'd say your password is too short since you need to create an app password in order to use Microsoft accounts.
Please check out this article: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/article/18090/
Let me know if that helps.
Kind Regards,
