The reason why the form is not visible for non-logged-in users is not in Amelia, but instead in your security settings. They're either configured in a Security plugin (if you have any), or they're on your server's side.
The best option would be to reach out to your hosting provider, send them the link of the booking page and tell them exactly what you told us - you can see the page when you're logged in as an admin, but you can't see it from an incognito window (or when you're logged out). They should be able to lift the block, so admin-ajax calls are sent for non-logged-in users also.
Could you provide some additional information ? We do not have any security plugin that I know of and we have a very basic hosting service on OVH. Should I add some specific authorization on OVH ?
Uros is out of the office currently, so i will fill in for him.
If there are no security plugins, perhaps you have a caching plugin? These plugins can also create a conflict when the booking form is not visible on the front end. If there are no caching plugins either, then it's related to the hosting settings.
I guess "hotjar" shouldn't be a problem, but you can try disabling it and see if it works.
We usually recommend users to check with the hosting provider if they are able to lift the block, so admin-ajax calls are sent for non-logged-in users also
Hi !
We have set up our booking / catalogue page on wordpress, it does look fine ! (caption 1)
However, as soon as we step out of WP and try to book a service, the catalogue does not appear anymore (caption 2).
It worked fine this morning, and we then tried to enable the customer portal and it stopped working
we also have issue with the customer portal (see dedicated ticket on that issue).
Might be related, might not be.
You are our only hope.

Hi and thank you for your reply,
We do not have any cachin plugin, however we do use elementor and hotjar, could it be coming from there ?
On the host side, what should I look for in the setting ?
