When a user with the "Amelia Manager" role creates a reservation from the backend for a simple service (specifically, "FitPass Pilates Reformer Session" within the category "FitPass Booking Services") and subsequently cancels the appointment (please note that the Amelia Manager role allows marking appointments as canceled but not deleting them), clients with active packages observe the previously canceled time slot as available. However, upon attempting to save the reservation, an error message is triggered: "Error: Time Slot Not Available."
Moreover, a similar issue arises when the Amelia Manager attempts to assign one of the reservations corresponding to a client's package from the backend to the previously canceled space.
It is noteworthy that if an Administrator deletes the FitPass service reservation, the error does not occur.
This issue is causing confusion among our clients and disrupting our regular booking process. We urgently seek your assistance in resolving this matter, as it significantly impacts the functionality and reliability of the plugin.

I wanted to inform you that I have indeed updated the Amelia plugin to the latest version 7.4 on our testing site. Despite the update, I regret to inform you that the reported issue persists. I have replicated the error in the same manner as before, and it continues to pose significant challenges for us.

We went on your site and we have tested this but we can not replicate the issue. We are sending you a short video where you can see that when we book as manager for a customer and then we cancel the appointment we can then book as a customer from a customer panel new appointment for a new customer that we have created for the same service and date and time.
As far as we can see everything is working fine but if you can somehow replicate the issue on your end in that case please send us also a short one minute video so that we can see how the issue shown to you on your end since in the video you will see that we can not replicate it by following your steps. Please login not as an administrator but as an Amelia Manager.
1. Make an appointment not using packages. (you can try using:
CATEGORY: Servicios para reservas de Fitpassand
SERVICE:Fitpass Sesion de Pilates Reformers FP )
2. Cancel that same appointment.
3. Log out
4. Log in as a costumer and try to make an appointment (using the services of any customer packages) for the same date and time of No. 1
5. Error comes out
6.- Log in as an administrator. make the same appointment of No. 1
7. As an administrator you can now delete appointments for that slot instead of cancel.
8.- Log out
9. Log in as a costumer and try to make an appointment (using the customer packages) for the same date and time of No. 1 and this time you can do it right !

Marko, that is the exact same issue that I wrote to you about privately a few moments ago. It is as Yamato describes in his request to Uros, only when you delete the cancelled appointment from the database, the slot will become bookable again. If not, it will be shown in the calendar as free, but in the final step of the booking process you will get the error message "selected time not available".
We cannot reproduce the issue in any environment. As far as we can see, this is an issue only with the three of you and this ticket will be forwarded to our developers.
I would like to kindly ask each of you to send us your credentials (it doesn't matter if you already snet them, please send them again for admin and manager login) in a private reply if the ticket is not already set to private.
And there, in addition to the credentials, send us the link to this ticket so that we can combine this all into one issue and that the developers can have all the use cases and data in one.

We went on your site and we have tested this but we can not replicate the issue.
