I've just found an issue in Amelia 7.3 Step-by-step booking form 2.0. Given there are two different services with the same duration.
Book an appointment time slot with "Service A"
Cancel that slot
Book the same slot with "Service B"
At the end of the Step-by-step booking form 2.0, the error message "Time slot is unavailable" will be shown
Additional notes:
If you pick the same service as the canceled appointment, this issue won't be reproduced
If you completely remove the canceled appointment from Amelia manually before rebooking it with a different service, this issue will not happen.
I believe this issue didn't exist in the older versions, like 7.1.
Meanwhile, we have been removing all canceled appointments from Amelia manually to allow new customers to book a slot with a different service. Until we found this workaround, we received multiple calls from customers who could not make an appointment.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Same issue here. I just sent Marko a couple of screen prints privately. The issue is not tied to any particular booking form, I reproduced it with the old booking form, the step by step and the calendar form.
