 1: If i buy for a domain can i change it later ? ( ie : activate on my subdomain test and when finished push it to the real domain switch ? ) or that will be consider a wasted license for my staging ?

-  For a Staging/Test/Development Domain, you are not required to activate the licence.

It is only recommended to activate the licence on your live/production version of the Site.

For Staging, you can just manually download your Plugin installation from the TMS Store Account and you can manually keep it updated.

2 : Can i have two master details in same row differently ?   Example : 

Address expand  shows : columns 2,3,4   

While Personal info : shows columns 5,6,7

- I am sorry, but i did not fully understand what you meant by this example.

When the "more Details" section is loaded  ( whether if it's in a PopUp,  Template Post or Template Page),

it will only load one row of data from the Table.

In the "Column List" on table back-end settings, you will choose all the columns which are loaded in the Master-Details.

So when you choose any row to show 'more details' it is going to load the same Columns which are selected for 'more details' section.

But as i said, i did not fully understand your example, so if it would be possible to provide more details what you meant, if you could add any screenshots or a Video, that can help.

3 : follow up for 2 ,  does the detail have edit for the DETAIL only, or full row must be loaded in edit screen to apply a singular edit like the column showing in expanded view ?

I am not sure what you mean by "edit screen" and "Singular edit".

Could you please also elaborate more about this follow up point - if you can add more details so that we can clarify the use-case and we will advise if that is possible?
