We have integrated Amelia with Outlook for a client website. We are seeing inconsistency displayed in the widget on the front end of the site (We are using the Search form). The Time Range filter displays 8 - 12 and 12 - 4 time ranges at all hours of the day. However, in the Working Hours settings we've specifically set available appointments to be between 9 - 17.
So issue 1) the Time Range filter displays times available at any time of the day even though we've specifically set it to be between a specific limited time.
and 2) The Time Range filter shows start and end times that are inconsistent with the times we set in the Working Hours settings. We should see options between 9am - 5pm, not 8 - 4 at all hours of the day.
1. Most likely in your backend option "Allow admin to book appointment at any time" is enabled (Amelia - Settings - Role Settings - Admin), since you have this option enabled, you can book at any time (working hours, special days and days off for all employees will be ignored).
For everyone else, besides admin, it looks the way you set it up.
2. For this purpose, you need to disable the "Use service duration for booking a time slot" option on the Amelia/Settings/General page.
I've checked the roles settings - however the Admin setting you mentioned is not enabled on the back end of our site (see screenshot).
I've also unchecked the second setting you mentioned in step 2.
I reviewed the site in an incognito window and signed out on a different browser. In all cases I'm still seeing the dropdown display times at all hours of the day. And some users are still encountering the dropdown displaying times starting at 8 & 12 rather than the 9 & 1 that is set on the back end.
Please let us know how to correct the issue. If we can't correct the issue, we'd like to have a way to remove the Time Range Dropdown.
Would you be able to provide me with an id or class name associated specifically and only with the Time Range dropdown and heading? This would allow us to hide this feature with custom code since it is functioning in a way that isn't helpful.

Hello - can anybody please let me know about the status of this ticket?
Hello Ella,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please let me know if that works for you.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hello Ella,

Can you please let me know (with a screenshot) which element exactly you would want to hide and I will provide you with the CSS?
