Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
We have set up Amelia calendar on a staged site for a client. We integrated the client's outlook calendars to the Amelia plugin on the site. The integration appears to be working correctly - there is just one issue that seems to be a problem.
Certain days that are indicated as Busy in outlook for a specific employee, still show that employee on the list of available services. When you click on that employee, there is nothing to select. So it doesn't actually allow anyone to book an appointment at that time. But ideally, we don't want that employee to show up on the list anymore at all, if a day is not available for appointment. We've noticed this problem on certain days booked on the calendar & not on other days.
Please note the screenshots of Nov 22 in Outlook & Amelia to see the problem and feel free to check out the url I submitted.

Hello,
What is the timeline for when this will be resolved? It's confusing for web visitors to use the form and see an employee listed, yet not actually be available for appointment. We'd like to see this be addressed as soon as possible.
Hello Ella,
Is there a possibility that you switch to other booking forms as the search form will not have any of the new features implemented into it?
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

The search form has the overall user experience and appearance that our client was looking for. They liked the immediate calendar view. After the initial step, the Step by Step widget no longer offers an opportunity see other employees and their available appointments. They were concerned that if a particular employee doesn't have appointments, it wouldn't be intuitive for the user to see other employees and their available times.
The Search widget is the reason the Amelia booking plugin works for our client. If there is any way this can be fixed as soon as possible it would be appreciated.
Hello Ella,
Thank you for clearing that up.
At the moment, we do not have an ETA on when this will be changed but I hope that it will be in the near future.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
