We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Bonjour,
J'ai un problème pour l'envoi des mails automatiques par Améliai à mes clientes lors de la prise de rendez-vous. Certaines clientes les reçoivent et d'autres non.
Pourriez-vous m'aider ?
Merci d'avance,
Alisson Navarro
Hello Alisson.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please note that the official support language is English, and we have to use Google Translator to try and understand other languages. Since a lot can be lost in translation, we apologize in advance if we misunderstood some segments of your message, and we also ask you to please translate your future messages to English.
Thank you for your understanding.
The notifications can't work selectively. If some users receive them, and some don't it's most likely because you configured PHP Mail, so the email ends up in their SPAM folder (or it never reaches the recipient). PHP Mail may not be the only reason behind email going into SPAM, but I'd recommend switching to SMTP if you haven't already.
Check out the articles attached below - they may help you with configuring SMTP on your site.
Setting up SMTP with Gmail
Setting up SMTP with Microsoft (hotmail, outlook, live, and office365 emails)
Kind Regards,
