We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Weve updated the system and it seems like now we are having trouble with the google calendars syncing new appointments and uploading to our employees calendars which is a huge problem for us. On top of that it appears like the link isnt even showing on wordpress for the customer panel despite the link being embedded on our back end and the email link is saying the wordpress page cant find anything on the page.
Its still not working. The client portal through our website isnt even sending the email to their account to let them sign in. Further when I send the test email through amelia its not delivering to my inbox when I try. Its not in the junk folder either. Im really confused.
I used my personal email to test the link and then this is the email that showed up in the spam folder of the email connected to amelia ( [email protected]). It appears that it can be delivered for some reason but its not delivering this email to anyone who requests the link through the website portal. Maybe the email will help you figure out exactly whats going wrong.
I can see that you are suing "PHP Mail" as your mail service.
We strongly recommend changing mail service setting to SMTP because email that is sent with PHP Mail generally gets flagged as spam by mail servers and also can take some time to send. See below how to configure SMTP mail service.
SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) – In this article, we show how to configure the SMTP mail service for Gmail, but you can set it up for any other outgoing service that supports SMTP for a mail client. When you select this option, four inputs will appear – you need to populate them to configure SMTP properly. A Google SMTP example:
SMTP Host – smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Port – 587
SMTP Secure – TLS
SMTP Username – Your Gmail address
SMTP Password – Your App password (details about setting up an app password can be found in the yellow notice section below)
The most commonly used SMTP Ports are 465 and 587. Port 465 uses “SSL” as SMTP Secure, while port 587 uses “TLS” as SMTP Secure. Make sure to check what the correct SMTP settings are for your mailing provider.
Google SMTP (Gmail accounts):
From 30 May 2022, Google will no longer support the use of third-party apps or devices which ask you to sign in to your Google Account using only your username and password, so “Allow less secure apps” will be removed.
In order to continue using SMTP with Gmail, you will need to set up an App Password for Amelia. App Passwords can only be used with accounts that have 2-Step Verification turned on. Instructions about this can be found on Google’s Documentation, here.

Microsoft SMTP (outlook, hotmail, live, and office365 email accounts):

ok I will change that but that shouldnt impact the customer portal working right? Just that emails arent being sent properly. The link for the portal or when people try to sign in on the website still doesnt work.

So now that I’ve changed my SMTP server our emails are no longer sending to clients. And Amelia isn’t able to send a test email through the back end either. Obviously this now needs to be figured out as to why this isn’t working.
Regardless of this problem the client portal still isn’t working. I originally had it set for password activated login but how could someone even login to their client portal without signing up for an account somehow ( when the link in the email to the client portal originally wasn’t working). If there’s is a way to schedule a zoom meeting, I would really appreciate that as clearly I’ve been trying to figure this out for awhile now and there’s been multiple problems and its quite disruptive to my business.
My customer panel isn’t working. The email with the place holder doesn’t provide an actual link when I send it.
