In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

    Hola, buenos dias, tengo problemas con las notificaciones, cuando compro un servicio no llegan las notificaciones, debería de llegar la notificación de la reserva y también la cita zoom pero no es así. Sin embargo yo configure en el área de ajustes de notificaciones SMTP con su claves y también ajustes de integraciones el zoom con sus claves y no llega nada de notificaciones. En el método de pago asociado utilice woocommerce y funciona perfecto, es el único correo que me llega después de adquirir el servicio.

    I'm not sure I understand what you mean by this:

    I configured the SMTP notification settings area with your passwords and also the integration settings to zoom with your passwords

    You need to provide your SMTP password and create a JWT application in Zoom and provide the correct credentials in Settings/Integrations/Zoom.
