Can you try sending a Test Email from Amelia/Notifications, and let me know if that works?
If it doesn't, please access Settings/Notification Settings and check your settings.
We can recommend using WP Mail or SMTP since PHP Mail will often go into SPAM. Also, if you're using Gmail SMTP please check out this article, and if you're using Microsoft services (outlook, office365, hotmail), check out this article.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

This ticket was created for all notifications, not scheduled ones only.
If you're not receiving scheduled notifications, check if you created the cron job correctly and verify with your hosting provider that they are not being blocked.
If this doesn't help, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly assist you there.
Thanks - I have opened another ticket that has been going on a while. My crons are working fine as other activities based on the crons are still executing.
When you tested it was that as a scheduled notification or one that you sent manually? I need the emails to be scheduled and reliably sent out which they have not been. How do I complete the following instruction?
"To send this notification please add the following line in your cron"
The issue with Prateek's site is being investigated, but it doesn't seem to be coming from Amelia or WP Crontrol.
We've added the command in WP Crontrol and then booked an appointment for tomorrow. Then we manually triggered the command, and all scheduled emails that were supposed to be sent were sent. But, there is something blocking the cron from being executed automatically. Amelia doesn't have these functionalities - it only has a command that triggers the cron job. The job runs based on WP Crontrol's functions and/or your hosting provider's functions.
You can see how to configure the cron job and test the scheduled notification with WP Crontrol in this video.
clients are not receiving email notifications that I have set up regarding their appointments

Test emails are working fine, but they are not automatically sending
I have just changed the mail setting to WP Mail instead of PHP
Hi again Grace.
Can you please leave WP Mail as default for the time being, and let me know by the end of the day if emails are coming through?

Hi Grace, sorry to jump on this. Is this for your scheduled notifications? As I am having the same issue.

Hi again Prateek.
I have a bit more time than Uros, so I'll take over that ticket and see if there's anything I can find about this issue.
I'll respond to the other ticket soon.
