I would really apreciate some help with this since it is a public webpage that needs to be working. I decided to upgrade for the Whatsapp feature of the pro version and I really need it to work.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I've recently bought the upgrade from Basic to Pro but I cannot manage to install it. I've already tried this: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/2470435/ and this: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/2820394/ but it is not working.
