    With this account, I would like to upgrade to Pro (usage on 2 more domains).

    Where can I book the upgrade instead of having to pay for the whole fee again?

    We will gladly help you with the upgrade.

    If you confirm the upgrade, we will forward the request to our reseller, Paddle, and they will process the payment as you requested.

    For that, we will need you to confirm the email address you used for the purchase and the license you want to upgrade to.

    So, please, let us know and we will make the change.

    I just want to inform you the upgrade has been processed as requested.

    Please go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete database tables" slider is disabled. Then, go to your Plugins section, deactivate and delete Amelia, and then download the installation file attached to my response and install it.

    Your purchase code remains the same, all you need to do is verify that your purchase code is added to Amelia Settings/Activation, so you're able to receive auto-updates in the future.

    I updated to 4.0 via plugin update.. .... is  Amelia Pro 4.0 a different version?

    To make sure you don't loose any data please go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete database tables" slider is disabled. 

    We have released this latest update yesterday, it is the same version of Amelia only with some minor bug fixes, you can see the details of the update in our changelog
