Since that ticket, our developers have fixed adding new entries for the Gravity linked tables with Conditional Logic,

but the issue is if you try to edit existing entries when they have Conditional Logic.

It seems that you are having an issue with adding new rows, though, judging by the screenshots?

If i understood correctly, it loads the conditional field as hidden/ it does not show as editable for "New Entry", right?

Can we take a closer look at the back-end of your setup, if that's OK?

I would like to examine the source Form as well as the table on the back-end.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

And please point me to the table ID, then i can see which Form it's linked to.

Thank you very much for doing this troubleshooting and for isolating the conflict.

Can you tell us, is this plugin crucial for you, to have it active on same site with wpDataTables and our Gravity integration?

- 1. If not, you can simply disable it and you won't have issues, of course

2. Or if it is crucial , our developers can try to debug the conflict, they will do their absolute best, but i can't promise with certainty if it will be fixed and how long exactly it might take,

but we can certainly keep you posted on the status.

If it is a free plugin, we could download it ourselves,  but if it is a paid plugin version, could you please send us the plugin files,  then our developers can install it on a testing site and they can work on debugging the issue?

My apologies for the waiting time.

Thank you for the update, and for sharing the link to the Hustle plugin free version.

For the time being you would have to disable the plugin until we figure out the root of the conflict.

We contacted our 2nd level Team and our developers will help if needed.

They will install it on our testing environment combined with Gravity Forms, we can also export your "My Animals" Form to make a test copy as well,

so we will do our best to debug this conflict.  I can't guarantee if it will be successful and how much it will take, but we will do our absolute best, and i will keep you posted on the progress.

I will let you know if we need any additional informations/access from your end.

Our developers have downloaded the free version of the Hustle plugin, and they are not able to reproduce this issue when they made a dummy Form with Conditional Formatting,

for them, the editing modal appears without any conflict or issue.

It might be due to a combination of settings on your site,  they would need to take a closer look at everything,

and it seems that you have removed our Admin user.

Would it be possible if you could clone your website, so that our devs can take a look at all your settings/plugins/ and the Theme,   then they can try to reproduce the exact issue on our testing environment?

If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.

The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.

Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.

Of course, if you send this, please make sure to mark your reply as PRIVATE, for safety, then only we will be able to see it.

Sorry about that, i just used the wrong terminology, sometimes i just call it "the Editing modal",  but i should have specified for adding new entries.

The developers were able to add new entries, edit, and delete entries,

so they are not able to reproduce any kind of issues when they installed the free Hustle plugin on our testing site.

They tried with a couple of different Gravity Forms with Conditionals, as well.

So, as we mentioned before, we are not able to promise a successful resolution, but our developers can certainly do their best to try and debug the root of the conflict,

but they first have to reproduce it,  so they would require either access to your WP-Admin again,

or in my opinion a better solution is to clone the website,  then we can safely work on it in the Testing environment.

If that's possible, I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin.
