We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have a very complex form that uses conditional logic to show or hide many fields. It is used to create Quotes, Purchase Orders and Work Orders.
Basically I am trying to find out if it is possible to combine more than one field into one column.
For example... In my gravity form, I have a field call "Model".... it has two selections - either Legacy Elite or Legacy Elite II
Using conditional logic, I have two "Floor Plan" fields. One is visible if Legacy Elite is selected and the other is hidden. If Legacy Elite II is selected, the Floor Plan field for Legacy Elite is hidden and the Legacy Elite II Floor Plans are selectable (dropdown).
My question is... I don't need to see both field columns, but rather combine them into one. I'm currently able to do this in Gravity View, but Gravity View is too slow.
Also... I couldn't get the "edit" function to show up. Is editing possible when dealing with Gravity Forms tables?
Hi Matt,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for disappointment but something like this is not possible with built in features of plugin. We have feature Conditional formatting but it is related only for conditions for that column.
Please note that tables created with Gravity Forms integration are NOT editable. We are currently working on adding the feature to edit the entries directly from data, but the current version does not support that.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Yeah I cant get it to load table columns anyway. I get just a red box with error. Then sometimes it will load just one. Sometimes I get a white screen and have to reload the page. Sometimes it just sits there and spins. I'm going to stick with gravity view or find something else.
HI Matt,
Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Can you explain me how you make that gravity form with details so we can make it and try to reproduce the issue, so we can see what causing the issue. Also take a screenchot of that error when you try to make table from that form so we can see it. When you reproduce that issue also check in Inspect element->Console in browser if there is some errors.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
