Hi, I wonder what is the meaning of "-2 Appointment slots left to be booked."? What would happen if I removed the Feb 5 appointment, can I add a new appointment back to replace Feb 5?
And why does the second packages look normal without showing "-2 Appointment slots left to be booked."
Actually, I want to correct the Feb 5's coachPJ003 to coach PJ002, when I enter the edit appointment, it has other customer details which they are already booked the slot. what is the best method to do this?

In regards to booking an appointment for Package as adding the customer into an existing Group Booking,
yes, that is a current limitation that we have in Amelia - for Group Booking from back-end.
At the moment, it is not possible to start a "new appointment" and to select from existing appointments from Amelia's back-end.
When you start a "new appointment" from Amelia's back end - you can only choose time slots that are completely free ( don't have any customers in it yet).
You can only go into the existing appointment, edit it, and add customers into a Group appointment that way;
but then it will not count it as "used from Package". In the Package, the number of remaining appointments will not change with this method.

It is different if a customer goes to the front-end, in that case,
they will see this time slot as available even if there are other customers already in it ( if it has remaining capacity),
and Amelia adds them automatically to the Group appointment that way.

So, for booking remaining appointments when we wish to add the customer in a Group booking can only be done through the Customer Panel.
Customer can do it themself, or if they allow you their login details - you can log in their Panel for them and select the remaining appointment time slots.
We will work to improve that logic to allow easier group booking for Packages in the future.
hi, regarding the incorrect slot numbers, it have been solved by refresh the page.
and the package of the group booking, it have to be improve on the admin part, sometime I might want to reschedule the expired date for customer or move the appointment to other employees.
Right now I can’t work on this, and I also can’t remove the customer slot from the package booking, it will show “1 booking to book” on the customer panel and backend.
I hope this will solved soon on the next new release.

Yes, i can understand exactly what you mean, and the use-case where these capabilities to reschedule expired date, or move the appointment to another employee for a Package;
1. In regards to changing the assigned employee for Packages, we will work to improve that in the future,
i will explain what is the current Amelia logic for employee selection in Packages:
The current logic in Amelia for picking/assigning employees to Service appointments from a Package:
For example, if you assign multiple employees to a service,
when a customer purchases the package on the front end:
1. If they choose a specific employee for the initial appointment(s),
this employee will be the only one linked to the remaining appointments of that service in the package.
2. If they select "Any employee", (or if you hide employee selection from the front end),
they will see all the time slots of all the available employees,
and when they pick the date and time of the first appointment, Amelia will assign a random employee.
Then later, when they come back to book additional appointments in the Customer Panel, for that Service in this Package,
all the employees will be available, and all their time slots,
so when the customer picks a date and time for the remaining appointments, if the assigned employee is busy, Amelia will randomly assign any other available employee.
2. In regards to removing the "1 appointment left" from the Customer Panel,
there can be a workaround, depending on your exact use-case.
- For example, let's say, if a customer has 1 appointment left to book from a Package,
and if you wish to cancel that for the customer and to book something else;
you could go to "Manage Packages" on the back-end as Admin or Amelia Manager user;
then find that customer when you search on the Package Name in question,
and you can cancel this Package - Then the customer wont' see " 1 appointment left" in that moment.

Afterwards, you can then book a new Package for this customer on the back-end, in "Manage Packages",
and if they already paid, when you book from back-end, the appointment will be free, as ON-SITE,
you can just go to edit this payment and set it to "paid" for that appointment from the new Package.

You will also be able to assign a completely different employee, etc, during the "new Package" booking.
Let me know if that might help as a temporary workaround, until we improve the logic for both points.

i am glad to report, our developers have already been working on this for some time.
They are almost finished, now our QA Team is just testing to ensure that this does not have any negative effect on other Amelia functionalities before it gets implemented in the Plugin core.
It should be finished in time for the next Update, but we can't guarantee with 100% certainty on exact ETA.
