1. Where can I see how many appointment slots are left for a client? It would be helpful for suggesting the client to renew.
2. Also, is there any option for auto renewal packages? For example, a client would like to auto renew his package when he has 1 appointment slot left to be booked.
1. 2. Unfortunately, there is currently no such options with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
we are just following up on this since you commented on the other user's ticket that you can't seem to find how many appointments are left to be booked in customer Packages?
We are not sure if we fully understood what you need in that regard.
1. If you simply wish to manage Packages from your end and to see how many appointments are left unbooked for any customer Package,
you can easily manage Packages from Amelia back-end.
If you go to Services/Packages, find the Package you wish to check,
and if you click into any Package that is purchased > you can see on the left side, where we highlighted - how many Appointments are left to be booked :
For the customers, they will see this in their Customer Panel.
When they log in, they will be prompted if there are any unbooked appointments left from any Package(s).
2. But regarding the auto-renewal option,
we currently don't have any way to set up recurring payments in Amelia, such as a Membership or subscription feature.
A Membership feature will be developed as a part of the Developer license (maybe even as part of the Pro license) in the future, but I can't say an exact ETA on it.
I can only suggest a custom workaround, but please be advised that this is just my idea that you can try,
it is not covered by our support.
- For example, you can set up a Membership plugin, I believe some of them have a recurring payment feature built-in, and some can be combined with WooCommerce to set up users to pay for certain Membership levels.
Then, you could use the "User role Editor" plugin to create additional user roles, only for certain customers. With the Membership plugin, you could limit access to certain pages for certain user roles.
For example, a custom role "VIP" would have access to page 1 where you can place a shortcode for a free service/package offered for them.
Then, another custom role "Level 1" would have access to page2 where [ameliacatalog package=2] is placed, which would have different prices, and so on...
I've added some extra lines in the email that is sent to the customer when buying a package. But I noticed that when I purchase the package manually for the customer, the email is back to default. The extra lines do not exist.
The language is Greek, but you can clearly see, the third line is missing in the email.
In regards to this line missing in the Email notification, i see what you mean, this one
-
It is possible that you might have added some "additional language" in Amelia,
and if that is the case, you have to hit this top right dropdown to check the languages
Please see if you have any additional languages come up here, in that case Amelia will expect you to have additional translation for each "additional language" that you add in Amelia general settings/Manage languages
For example, let's say if your main WordPress site language is set as Greek, in your main WordPress settings/General settings/Site language
In this case - if you only need Greek, please do not add it in Amelia as "additional language",
because Amelia will take your main language as the "default notification translation".
-
But if your site is already "main language as Greek" , then if you add it in Amelia also "additional Greek",
then Amelia will expect you to have another / duplicate translation, so you basically have to translate everything twice, if you see what i mean?
Let me know if that makes sense,
and if you only have one language on site as Greek, then remove it from Amelia additional languages, and simply make the "default notification text" and it should solve the issue.
Let me know if i guessed this correctly, or if you have a different setup? Thanks
Hi.
I have two questions.
1. Where can I see how many appointment slots are left for a client? It would be helpful for suggesting the client to renew.
2. Also, is there any option for auto renewal packages? For example, a client would like to auto renew his package when he has 1 appointment slot left to be booked.
Thank you.

Hi Milos,
Thank you for replying! These are all clear.
