I have a similar issue than this ticket on my production website and fresh staging site:
Setup: package with a minimum required appointments during purchase.
Issue: even after selecting all required appointments, the continue button won't work. Error visible in console (attached).
The issue was not necessarily happening all the time to me, but every time for some of my customers. To be sure to reproduce the issue on my end I had to:
1. Select a different day and the last available slot for each.
2. If continue button works anyway, click on the previous arrow, and the continue won't work (see video capture here).
Firstly, thank you so much for pointing this our for us,
i am honestly not sure how we made the oversight of not seeing this right away.
I can confirm that it is the same issue for 5.2 and 5.3 version, so we missed two versions with this bug.
I haven't tested older versions to check how far it goes,
but in any case,
I can confirm that our developers have flagged this now, officially as a bug.
-
The behaviour is :
When booking a package, if appointments are chosen in different months, you can’t continue with the booking - when you choose the time slots and click Continue, the form doesn’t go forward and there is an error in the console log
-
So, basically, it only works if all time slots are selected in the same month, at the moment.
-
Thank you again for pointing it out for us.
The developers will do their best to make a fix as soon as possible, it is on high priority.
I hope they will implement a fix in one of the upcoming updates, but i can't guarantee an exact ETA.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
If they notify me that they made a fix in between updates, i will make sure to send it to you.
Thanks for these updates! I'm glad you guys find the correct behavior as it was tricky to reproduce without finding that out!
This turned out urgent to me because forcing users to book all their appointments during package purchase was the only way around the other (worse in my case) issue still happening with packages. Which I hope will get a fix sooon!

Hi, Marti
My sincere apologies once again for all the waiting time.
Our developers have been swamped with work in the past week,
but as you can see, we have successfully isolated the bug - and I hope that they will be able to create a fix soon.
We can't guarantee an ETA, but they will work on a fix as quicky as possible, and it will be included in one of the future updates.
Thank you for your cooperation for helping us get to the root of the bug quicker.
Of course, please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any further questions on this matter;
or if you have new questions, please open new tickets.
Have a nice day
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
