Hello,
I noticed today that after the 5.3 release, the booking forms on the front-end only spin and never load the data. I tried both the 1.0 and 2.0 forms and both spin. I also tried deactivating all other plugins, but the problem persisted. Can you please look into why the form is not loading properly?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We have now set up everything for you and the page works as it should
We had to turn off the buffer time, when you divide the working time into half an hour, you cannot put the exact time up to one minute with the buffer time because it will not be displayed properly on the front. You need to extend the working hours or reduce the buffer time.

Thank you, I appreciate the fast response! Since the way I had the buffer time configured was working up until the 5.3 release, I assume the restriction on buffer time with only half an hour of working time is new?
So that I better understand, could you please tell me which settings specifically you changed? Was it under General Settings or within each service itself (see screenshots)?

Please check out the solution from this ticket. In short:
Go to Amelia Settings/Activation settings and disable the "Load entities on page load" slider. Wait for the "Success" message to come up, and then enable it again.
Let us know if that works.
Pam, Marko will let you know what he changed in order to get it to work, I just had to update people following this ticket in order to get them back up with Amelia.

Hello Pam,
I have just disabled 5 minutes buffer time for that service. You can see in your screenshot that your service last 25 minutes but the buffer time has been turned off and that is it. I didn't change anything else.

Thank you for this clarification. It's just interesting to me because another service we offer, Private Spanish classes, still has the 5min buffer with the 25min service time and it seems to be working just fine.
