Thank you for your great plugin!
I have a major issue with Packages restricted to specific employees:
Appointments booked from user panel are allowing slots with all employees, bypassing the package setup!
[Tested on a fresh WP install with only Amelia 5.2 and default theme]
When a package is setup such as:
- It is restricted to Employee A in the service tab (screenshot).
- It allows appointments to be made later from customer panel.
Then:
- When user is adding appointments during package purchase: the correct Employee A slots only are available.
- When user is adding remaining package appointments from his customer panel: all our employees slots are available!
This creates a huge mess in our business! Users are purchasing packages with specific employees and can book with any employee from their panel!
Can you take a look please?! Thank you!

This ticked was closed but my issue remains + I tested on 5.3 since the changelog had the mention:
But I just tested on staging site (provided in this ticket), and user can still book with any employee from their Panel after purchasing a package assigned to a specific employee.
Can you please check with the devs if they really pushed the fix in 5.3?
This is urgent since the fix I found (forcing user to book all appointments during package purchase) also has an issue with users unable to continue (ticket #3131641 and #3119655)

I keep an eye on your changelog for every version and I don't see that issue being fixed yet.
It was added in the 5.3 changelog but like I reported here it wasn't fixed.
This is a huge struggle for us, I have to force users to book all appointments when purchasing packages which is not possible for most of our customers (music lessons).
I purchased Amelia to replace WC Bookings and launched a new version of our Booking platform with it in September. And now we lose sales and credibility everyday!!
I reported this major issue on Sept. 12, but keep waiting for its fix and have to deal with our frustrated customers.
I have 2 requests:
1. Any ETA on this fix please???!
2. Can you consider extending my license by a few month, since I don't get the service I paid for..

I haven't get the chance to test again that behavior since it is time consuming.. I created a staging site I shared here for that purpose etc. And wasn't going to test again on live site either as it created a mess between employees.
Therefore, can you confirm this issue has been fixed? I was waiting in every changelog to see the fix showing up but it didn't.. (except. in 5.3 but like I reported here it wasn't fixed in that version).
