My advise is to maybe try SMTP with Gmail. Please check details steps how to set it up here - Setting up SMTP with Gmail

If you still can't make it work, i can take a remote look for you.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Firstly my sincerest apologies for all the waiting time. We had an unusual number of tickets which has slowed us down immensely. Thank you very much for all your patience.

We will do our best to be quicker going forward.

I can see you have installed the WP Mail SMTP Plugin, but you did not configure it correctly yet, it is missing some settings.

I am not able to do a Test Email in the Mail plugin

Then i check what mail service you set up with the SMTP Mailer plugin, and it is SendLayer Mailer.

It is missing this API Key, then i research a bit , and i see that you have to input this.

Please follow this page, this is the help page of SMTP Mailer, on How to Set Up the SendLayer Mailer in WP Mail SMTP.

Once you follow that through, try to send yourself a Test Email first, to make sure that the WP Mail SMTP plugin works,  and then Emails in Amelia should start working.
