It seems like Amelia is not sending email notifications to the clients that book online. Event booked notifications never deliver. This is really important.

Please check if all email notifications are enabled in Amelia/Notifications. Also try sending yourself test emails, and see if those arrive.
If they don't arrive, the notification settings probably weren't configured properly.
