In Amelia working hours and working days of service depend on employee workings hours.
You determine the working hours of the employee and on which service (it can be assigned on several services at the same time and it can be assigned on just one) at what time and on which days the employee will work. Packages fall under services and can be used during service hours that directly depend on employee hours.
So lets say i set up our Health Check up package which any of our employees can do, the times need to be Tuesaday and Thursday at 6pm till 6:45, i would need to set up the employees working hours to these times or is there another way to do it? -
No there is no other way (except that you can create fake employees that can work on packages in that specific period of time) packages are part of services and can be used during service hours that directly depend on employee hours.
So this "Currently i have created certain users called "Health Check times" and made their working hours and days to match that of the Health Check hours and days. Is this the correct way to do it? " - is a good way to achieve what you want without changing the other employees working hours.
We noticed that you are using the older version of Amelia
Please update to the latest version and purge all the cache from site, when plugin is not up to date it can have all sorts of issues because the older versions of the plugin are not maintained.
We had a smaller issue with the customer panel on the older version once you update and purge the cache all should be resolved.
We are sending the latest version of Amelia in the attachment and instruction on how do update it manually in case you WordPress settings doesn't allow you to update it automatically.
Go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled.
Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin. If you're using WordPress 5.8+, you'll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.
When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you're replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that. After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.
Once you do that all should be resolved, but please do let us know if everything is working properly after the update.
Yes, we checked you have the latest version of Amelia 4.6. We booked as a customer and got a link to the panel and created a password and logged in without any issue.
We are sending you a video where you can see that everything is working properly. If you have an issue it may happen that you test booked as a customer or for a customer while you were logged in in which case your email is probably saved in the database as both admin or employee and as a customer.
This leads to a conflict of roles because you can't be a customer and an employee because they have different permissions and for that reason, you probably can't log in. We have just created Amelia Customer and we managed to log in immediately without the issue.
You need to check in the bass database whether that e-mail address is related to a customer, and if you find it, you need to delete it from the database, so that the conflict disappears.
I have had someone put an booking through the booking system but it sent them a link for a login to the actual wordpress website rather than a login for their bookings?

You sent us that link from the site with that customer profile, and with the credentials that you have sent us, we wouldn't be able to log in to someone else's site.
and as for the WordPress email that logs them in, that's the mail that WordPress sends automatically and that is not up to Amelia that is how WordPress works.
When the Automatically create Amelia Customer user option is turned on, you have a description of the option - if you enable this option every time a new customer schedules the appointment he will get the Amelia Customer user role and automatic email with login details.
When this option is turned on and when the customer first makes an appointment, he will receive that mail.
That mail is sent by WordPress automatically when a WordPress user is created with that email. This happens and it would be the same with any plugin.

After that, you will receive an email just like I received from your site where you will be able to create your password.
The video lasts a minute and a half and the last minute is a recording of your site, please watch it again, and I'm sorry that we merged the two videos and sent them to you. What matters is that you can see that everything is working properly.

If so in that case it could have happened that your admin mail was saved as customer mail in the database. This leads to a role conflict because the customer cannot have the same permissions as the employee.
We would ask you to check 2 things please
We would first ask you to create a new customer on the backend with a new email and access that email from incognito mode to see if it will access your profile in that case.
The other thing we would ask you in case it does everything right for you as it did for us as when we created it ,is to look for a customer who has the same mail as your admin mail and delete it from your database.
In that case, the role conflict you may have will disappear and everything should be fine.

I also requsted a password change, it came and i clicked the link, it took me straight to a login page with no option to change my password.
