I have made packages and they work for so long and then switch back to where you book one and then go through to pay.
We have an 8 week package that someone has to book, it has been working fine and then all of a sudden you can only book 1 day/time and it'll make you continue to the payment screen.
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail and maybe send us a couple of screenshots?

The first screenshot you send us is when the package option is selected and so you can see the add appointment option.
On the other, only the regular service is selected, and no package is selected, so they can't see the add appointment option, the only thing they can choose is to repeat the appointment as if it were recurring.
We went to your site as a customer and we selected the option for packages and you can see in the screenshot that we were able to select and book all appointments from the package.
And as far as we can see, everything is working properly.

As for "account" for customer you need to enable the customer panel.
The front-end Customer Panel allows you to offer your customers an easy way to track, reschedule and/or cancel their appointments and events. In the Customer Panel, customers can manage their personal details without logging into the WordPress backend.
As for refund I'm afraid, at the moment there's no feature for refunding Customers in Amelia. Therefore, refunds should be proceed manually through the payment system.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

This is because i had to delete all the times and readd them all, but i was wondering why it keeps doing this?
Also - How does a customer make an account so they can see their bookings in one place?
