We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I am not able to use the plugin to book any appointment for the services I have created from the plugin.
- When I choose Amelia catalogue, I can only view the service I can't proceed on booking.
- Other than Amelia catalogue when I choose any other, nothing appeared when I load the page.
Hi, I have the same issue.
The planning is not loading and customers can't book anything. Sometimes I can't load the employee list too.
I am ready to provide credentials to get this solved as soon as possible.
Thanks for your help.
Hello,
Is there anyone from the support team to support us for resolving our issue?
I'm having the same issue. None of my appointments are appearing as available. Would appreciate a response from Amelia as to how this issue can be resolved.
Hello all.
Please note that we do not work during weekends, and Monday was a day off in our company. It takes time for us to reach all tickets that were created in the meantime, so my apologies for the late response.
I can't see any URLs from anyone, so I can't say exactly what's going on with you guys. The plugin is working fine, as you can see on our Demo sites, so it's something in your configuration that's wrong. Without at least having access to pages where Amelia is supposed to load, I can only guess, so here goes:
Please check these points:
1. Are the services visible on the site?
2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?
3. If there is an employee assigned, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included:
In the example above, the employee is assigned to 3 services, but 2 newly added services are not automatically assigned to the employee's working hours, even though they may be assigned to him/her in the Assigned Services tab. If you want the employee to work on all services that you have, you should clear this selection, and every new service will be added automatically.
4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.
5. Check the shortcode on the front-end - if you (for example) used [ameliabooking category=1], and you added the service to Category with ID: 2, the new service from category 2 will not appear in the front-end.
If nothing helps, Sadat - please provide me with temporary wp-admin log-in credentials (Administrator role), in a PRIVATE response, and tell me on which page is the form supposed to load, and I'll gladly check it out.
bobbie cone and Nicolas - I can see that you already opened tickets in this regard, so as soon as we get to them, we'll respond accordingly.
Thank you for your patience.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksandar, thanks for your support,
I already provided links and credentials in a specific ticket, I hope this will help.
I must precise that the plugin stopped working by itself after the new year, I didn't updated the website during the festive season. Obviously there's something wrong but I can't find where :/...
I was investigating the issue this morning, and the console while being on the dashboard in Amelia gives an error 500 (see screenshot).
Thanks for your help
It seems my last message is now out-of-date. Apparently an issue with the DB was causing the bug, the hosting provider probably updated the database over the new year.
I hope everyone here will get this problem solved as well.
Cheers,
Hey Nicolas
I'm glad to see Uros helped you with this
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
