In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hello! I set the 1st January as closed day of the store. This day is also visible as closed day for every employee, and there are no "special hours" entered to the employee which overrides this settings. Am I missing a setting thats needed to avoid booking on these days? Because in https://goodfellaz.at/termin/ you can book all days which are entered as store closed? Thanks
For a workaround now I entered "Events" on the next both days (1st and 6th January) and added all employees for this event. For testing reasons I added January 28th as Day Off, you can see in the calendar, its still possible to book there.

It could be a cache issue.
Please deactivate Amelia, clear cache, activate Amelia, clear cache again. You can clear cache with the plugin "W3 Total Cache" or any other, also clear your browser cache and cookies.

Thanks for your fast reply. I performed your asked steps and cleared the cache using SWIFT Performance, but its still the same issue on different browsers and devices.

Riccardo, yes, most likely in your backend option "Allow admin to book appointment at any time" is enabled (Amelia - Settings - Role Settings - Admin), since you have this option enabled, you can book at any time (working hours, special days and days off for all employees will be ignored).
For everyone else, besides admin, it looks the way you set it up.

Thanks for the update. I disabled this role setting for now. Thats why you see January 28th not available. Now I am going to enable Admin Booking again and you will see, even from your side this is broken. can you retest it now? "Allow admin to book …" is active.
Riccardo, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

There is a bug related to "Allow admin to book any time" - It has been added to the backlog, and it will be fixed. Until then, we advise you to turn this option off.
