    Good morning,
    after updating Amelia to version 4.3.1, the blocking of reservations on holidays no longer works. It happens, in fact, that users can make reservations even on blocked days.
    Could you please check?

    The problem only occurs for Company Days off.
    If I set Employee Days off on every single employee, then it works.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please note that changes in global working hours will not be applied to previously created employees since they already have a unique schedule. Instead, those changes will be applied to all new employees that you create afterward so if you made such changes recently this can be the cause.

    Also please check if you have this option enabled from the Roles settings Allow admin to book appointment at any time – This option allows you to choose if you want to allow the admin of the website to schedule appointments in the back-end at any time they want – without any restrictions regarding employees’ work hours, days off or special days. By default, this option is disabled but once you enable it the admin would be able to schedule appointments at any time.

    the problem started after enabling the feature: Allow admin to book appointment at any time.
    I don't understand why enabling this option, which should only affect Admin users, also affects Guest users.

    Can you please give us some more details about this issue, and share some screenshots or a screen recording if possible? This only affects admin users, employees should not be able to do this, do you you have any role managing plugin installed that would give other user roles more permission? This can happen in some cases where a single user has mixed roles for some reason, if the same email address is saved in the database for two different user roles.

    At the moment I have disabled the possibility for all Admin users to make reservations outside the preset time slots.
    If you do not want to give up this functionality, you can bypass the problem by setting holidays for each individual employee.

    Thanks! This worked. Seems like this is a similar issue to the customer panel, where the customer can see all other appointments (even other customer ones) of the store in his panel.

    Hello,

    When you test booking/book for a client appointment you should do it from the incognito window because if your option "Allow admin to book an appointment at any time" in Amelia/settings/role settings/admin is turned on you can see appointments and busy slot available 24/7.

    Please try to book from the incognito window and let us know if everything is as it should be.

    hello! thanks for your try to help. I tried from a different browser and even different device (never logged in). still same issue. you can see this ticket to: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/2947377 - there is some kind of bug in your plugin.

    Hello Riccardo,

    My colleague is already working on your ticket and since this ticket is originally from Morgagni and this is a duplicate ticket we will close this one and you will get support on your ticket.
