Hello
I want to use the stripe metadata and description in Amelia payments settings, so that my client can see who paid for what in her stripe dashboard.
It is in relation to 'Events'
Can you tell me please , as per the attachment, what should i enter into the 'name' and 'value' fields?
Thank you.
Regards
Temper
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Metadata should contain all the values that you want to be sent to Stripe.
For example, in the Name field, add "User" and in the Value field, add the placeholder "%customer_full_name%".
Please contact us if you have any more questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hello Uros
Thank you. Now I understand.
If it makes any difference - the 'description for stripe' i set in amelia appeared in the stripe payment log without me having to set the description parameter enabled to 'true' in my database.
Regardless, i have now set both the description parameter enabled and metadata parameter enabled to 'true' as was advised on this ticket https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/2225351/
Thank you
Regards
Temper.
