We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello, I installed Amelia on my website, but after selecting the date/time of booking and inserting the customer details, I click the "continue" button, but I end up in a page where it says:
No Results FoundThe page you requested could not be found. Try refining your search, or use the navigation above to locate the post.
I have opened another ticket already, but the last response I had was 3 days ago and I still don't have this issue sorted!
I need to sort this out asap, as this is slowing us down in going live with the whole website.
Could you please help me out with this?

Again, I apologize for the late responses, but we're not working during weekends, and there are a lot of tickets coming in in the past few weeks, so our response times are longer than usual.

One thing to note, though, for future reference - opening multiple tickets about the same issue will not increase the speed of our responses, as we're going through the tickets in the order in which they are received. We'll do our best to bring down the response times in the upcoming weeks, though, so I hope you won't wait this long in the future.
