Hi! I'm trying to allow multiple groups book up to the maximum capacity of a single appointment slot for a single employee. we have a community pool, we need to limit each time slot to 20 people but we allow for multiple families to come, with each family having their own appt but obviously with variable number of people in each group.
I've already enabled "allow booking below minimum capacity" in appointment settings and set maximum capacity to 20 for the specific service and enabled "allow bringing a friend." However, as soon as one person books an appointment, no one else (including through the backend) can be added to that slot under a different reservation.
Please help!
Thank you!
Hello Spencer
Thank you for your purchase, and sorry for the inconvenience.
If you enabled "Allow booking below minimum capacity", this shouldn't happen.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

I have the same problem.
Hello Bence,
We couldn't reproduce the issue on Spencer's website for now, so since there isn't some common issue/solution to share for now, please open a new private ticket regarding this matter so you could share credentials if needed and we will gladly help out. Thank you!
Thank you Marija. I have opened a private ticket: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/2769070/. We would be very glad if you can help there.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
Thank you; I didn't realize they had to be added to the same appointment as multiple names. Appreciate your help!

I have this exact same problem.
I saw Spencer mention below"Thank you; I didn't realize they had to be added to the same appointment as multiple names. Appreciate your help!"
Does this mean that that different families or groups cannot book for the same appointment slot?
We have 40 spaces for school holiday camps. I have the service set to min 40 with allow bookings below this. However, If I place 1 booking, it appears that no one else can book that space now even though I set a max limit at 40 too!! Is this right?
Any help ASAP on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Glenn,
Here is how I got my setup to work.
Pool reservations with a max of 20 people swimming at once. Any size group can book
Settings under the Pool Service I created:
Appointment Settings under Amelia Settings Tab:
Hope this helps!
Thank you so much for your detailed reply Spencer.
That makes sense - I actually got it working and the only thing I needed change, for some unknown reason, was the length of time that the employees were working for. Each session last six hours, so I set the employee work time to seven hours, then the bookings worked okay and I could book multiple slots.... Very odd but seems to work okay.
Thanks again for helping
