We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi Guys,
We do NOT want our customers to have a profile in WordPress so we have disable Automatically create Amelia Customer user" in Roles/Customer settings.
We have added %appointment_cancel_url% in the Appointment Approved notification. It works and we can cancel appointments.
The question I have for you is we want the customer to be redirected to a page that we have created to inform them that their appointment cancellation has been successful. The message on the pages states “You have successfully canceled your appointment. An email notification will be sent to your email notifying you of this cancellation.” How can we redirect our user to this page after appointment CANCELLATION.
On ticket (https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com//ticket/2657856/) on Aleksandar , indicated that one needs to create a page, and then add it in its corresponding field in Amelia's General settings. This is absolutely Incorrect because I can see “Redirect URL After Booking” in General Settings but I did not see “Redirect URL After cancel”. Please help me understand how to get this done.
Thanks,
Victor
Hi Victor,
There are fields where you can provide the URLs of the pages where the customers would be taken for both successful and unsuccessful cancellation, and you will find these fields in Amelia -> Settings -> Notification settings, so not the general settings but notification settings, these are the fields:
Successful Cancellation Redirect URL:
Unsuccessful Cancellation Redirect URL:
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
