I created a Coupon for new year, which each of my customer should be able to use for a maximum of 2 times. (settings as in the Screenshot).
Well reality shows, that a customer of mine just booked 4 lessons with this coupon working. How is this possible? He is not using different names, so the system should recognise him as the same customer.
That should not be possible. If the user is using the same email address, he's considered the same customer. So, if you see a customer that used this coupon 4 times, we may have a bug (I'm not capable replicating on my end, by the way).
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I can't see Amelia settings with Amelia Manager, so I will need admin access.
