Unless your employee has some Special Days saved for that time period, it should not be happening.
Can you check that, and let me know?
If that doesn't solve the issue, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
HI, as per ticket with wrong category:
https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com//ticket/2637541
My calendar week view shows the 9am to 5pm slot, with other hours grey, when I first load or refresh the calendar page, so its in Today view.
If I change to a future date in the dropdown, e.g. Feb 8th in my case, then it does not filter the times... it shows 12am to 12am all white.
When I get to 15th Feb it goes back to 9am to 5pm again.
So looks like working hours is not applied between Feb 1st and Feb 14th. It works OK when I get up to week ending Jan 31st.
