We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I have set work hours to 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday in the main settings.

The documentation says the calendar would show the working hours white and 2 hours before and after grey.

But this is not happening, the week and day calendar view shows the full day 12am to 11:59pm in the hours list, and its all white.

How can I get it show only working hours, otherwise we have to scroll down the page until we see our schedule.

    Thanks

I resaved the working hours now its working. So maybe the they were not set even through the "default" 9am to 5pm showed? Anyway, working after a save.

Sorry I spoke to soon... there is an issue...

It shows the 9am to 5pm slot, with other hours grey, when I first load or refresh the calendar page, so its in Today view.

If I change to a future date in the dropdown, e.g. Feb 8th in my case, then it does not filter the times... it shows 12am to 12am all white.

So looks like working hours is not applied when I get to February 1st. It works OK when I get up to week ending Jan 31st.

When I get to 15th Feb it goes back to 9am to 5pm again.

So seems its not working between Feb 1st and Feb 14th!

    HI Laurence,
    Thank you for your inquire.

Can you please open ticket in Amelia category and our agents will help you out, probably some settings are not configured correctly.

Our plugin is using WordPress date and time settings, but our agents can help you more in Amelia category.

    Kind Regards,
