I am experiencing a strange problem on the pages of my site that implement the elements of Amelia.

The pages in question have an extremely low scrolling speed.

You can check the problem directly on the home page of the website. For example, if you go to the "About Us" page instead, the problem does not occur.
The website is a WordPress with Ronneby theme and the problem occurs only in the pages that implement Amelia, and only with scrolling with the mouse wheel.

Can you help me solve this problem? It is compromising the functionality of the website.

I also have this problem with the Divi theme.

The smooth scrolling feature has been disabled but this not solve the problem.

Cache has been cleared both on browser and website

And I can ensure that the issue only happens if I have the Ronneby Core plugin enebled, none of the others plugins seems to have anything related to the issue.

Also, this is a fresh WordPress installation, without any code customization.

Maybe this page can help you investigate better.

I had to downgrade the theme, but this is not a real solution...

Hello Filippo, br4nco, just bought the theme (may 24, 2020), same problem in the very last version. Have you found any solutions? Thanks 

I have tested Amelia plugin (version 2.6) with Divi theme (version 4.4.8).
Wordpress Version 5.4.2 

The slow scrolling can be avoided by disabling the the following from the Divi Theme Options:

1. Responsive shortcodes
2. Back To Top Button
3. Smooth Scrolling

Tested on Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

Just to share, I have the same setup and fixed the scrolling issue by just doing the last two of Mazen's list below. I can't not have responsive shortcodes because I have a plugin specifically active for this, so I tried without it, and it worked for me. 

I had the same problem using Divi theme and as Mazen Almaskati suggested, I turned off only "Smooth Scrolling" in the options and the scrolling is now fixed on pages with Amelia embedded. The responsive shortcodes and back to top can be enabled. Tested on Chrome, Brave, Firefox, and Edge

I see it's a longtime ongoing issue, and just recently I faced the same.
