I have made a chart but now i want to make some changes to the chart but i can not configure it as it keeps loading in the 4th step from configuration.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to the chart ID so I can take a look.

Maybe i did not explain myself clear. I tried to replace the wpDataTable Data Source for the chart but also then the chart is not working. Did you try to do that also?
Anyway if i try to this now i get a very strange screen.
The chart is probably corrupt now but this is the second time this is happening. I would like to find the source so it does not happen again.
Yes i understand if you start everything from the beginning it is working again but the point is that this is my second chart that discontinued working again. I would have prefer to know the source why it stopped working anyway i understand you also don't know the reason. thanks.
The issue was that the column name was changed and charts can not be automatically updated with that information. The data was not changed but the column name ( in this case column that chart is using was changed ) and because of that the chart was not displayed. You changed a core element of the file and that caused the issue like this.

I think I found what the issue is.
It is in the file from which you created a chart.
You will notice that the first column does not have a name and that might cause the issue.
Can you please add a column name for the first column and then tell me if you still have the issue when configuring the chart.

I successfully created a table and a chart from your file. ( wpdatatables support chart and table)
Probably because of the file changes your chart was not working.
Just recreate a table and chart and all should be working.
