I have a page using WpDataTables on MySQL data working well. Now I have to change the SQL of the table and refresh it with new data from a sidebar - the selectors will be defined outside of WpDataTables. All the columns are the same but the 'where' clause in the defining SQL will be different. Can you give me guidance on the best approach to do this, and tell me where in the API I should look please?
Please take a look at this documentation where you can find some hooks for changing the query. For front end we use DataTables so also take a look what methods do they use.
