We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Offers wptable the option like Excel to transpose lines with colums? Please use the example in www.ds-kunsttherapie.de. The challenge is, do not change the exposure of wpDataTable Charts in the URL.
Best Regards, Detlef
Hi Detlef,
We do not have such functionality built in at this moment.
Could you please explain me little closer what your challenge is, I'm not sure that I understood it correctly.
Hi Miljko.
Thank you for your quick answer.
Let me give you an example based on related URL. Basically I want to make successive labor-tests, one and the same person, different data.
Concerning my given URL the chart fits. Only the datatable is not usual in reference to the datasheets of common labor-tests / blood-tests. These datasheets are constructed with columns for elements like hemoglobin, leukocyte, erythrocyt one below the other in the most left column. Now the lines will be filled with measured data from left to right in lines, every element with all his datas in one line. One line is reserved only one element with many many free space to fill more datas like monthly or yearly.
I hope you can see, the lines and columns regarding to the common wptable are switched. Need more?
Best Regards, Detlef
Hi Detlef,
Unfortunately there is no easy way to do this because both tables and chart are column based. For table it could eventually be done for fronted previewing of the table but all other functionalities like search, sort, pagination would be broken
Hi Miljko.
You have a solution? I`ll take it. Preview without sorting features fits for me.
Best Regards, Detlef
Hi Detlef,
I do not have solution yet but I know that there are solutions for transposing HTML tables in frontend with Javascript. I must point out that work like this is not part of included support and it could be done as paid customization service. If you are interested in that option please contact me on mail address from my signature and we will procced there.
