In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hello my friends, I bought both your plugins, liked it a lot. But I need one thing that I can`t figure out how to do: I need to mask the input`s format (like maximum character`s, and other kind of masks) For an example, the front-end user will enter a number column that the format will always be something like 000000-00.0000.0.00.0000.
Is there anyway to do it?

Unfortunately we do not have option like that built in. It can be done by including third party libraries but it requires coding to do it. If you are skilful with code maybe I could give you some guides or you can hire one of our developers to do it for you as paid customization service
