I lookes for a solution creating a stacked chart with different series, coming from one column. Since now I have not found a solution. Perhaps it wont work as I exspected but I thougt with the option "Enable grouping" there is a way to use these automatic grouped values as different series for the chart. Is there an option I just not see or does this not work?
Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. Grouping option affect only table frontend at this moment and it purpose is to show table data in different way.
There is no way to present data from same column as different series at least not without code customization. My suggestion would be to create new table in which you will split data from previous one column into multiple columns in new one, and use that table for chart only
I understand, thank you for the quick reply. Can you evaluate, what the costs for a customization for this requirement will be? Could this be done by you?
The problem with creating a new table for this is, that we sync the data from a extern source. So its not possible to create a separate table manually. The other problem is, that we will loose the advantage of filtering different types of the table. I think this is only possible if the step with creating the series automatically in the step before creating the table.
It could be done but I would like to see the data and chart before we estimate the price. Please send me all the details at my mail which you can find in the signature. Temporary admin credentials and screenshots with possible example would be really helpfull
thats right, sorry. I have another ticket opened with Bogdan and think, these two parts stick togehter.
I will create you a more detailed example with screenshots and send it to you via mail. But I think I wont get it before tomorrow. I hope that is ok for you.
