The chart appears well when creating a pie chart in the preview within wpDataTables Chart >>>> Create chart wizard. But once you insert the shortcode on the page, this chart does not appear. Do not load the image. If you need access to the site we can create them to help us. I await your prompt help, thank you very much!
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I created wpDataTables support page where you can see that the table and the chart is working (Attachment).
The issue was that when you are creating charts you have to have one column that is string or date column type (In version 1.7 you will be able to add datetime and time) on first place in Columns used in the chart box, and other columns should be integer or float column type.
Also I noticed that you are using 1.6.2 version of our plugin. The 1.7 version is up so you can either update plugin manually by following this guide or you can auto update . For auto update to work you need to enter purchase code on Settings page of our plugin. Also keep in mind after update you should deactivate/activate the plugin.

Hi Gonzalo,
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please try to deactivate/activate the plugin and see if the chart is working after that.
Kind Regards,
