The sums for the Orders on this query are correct, but when I try to resort the columns, or filter any of the columns, the Sum changes to $0.00.
If you filter this table for 2016-09-01 through 2016-09-30, the Sum does appear to work fine. This is the only instance I have found where the sum updates properly.
Can you please assist? I can supply admin credentials if you need them.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
And point me to the table where this is happening so I can take a look.
1) The issue is you have and empty cell in "Order total" column and that is the problem. You can see I created sum for "zip code" column and it is working when you try to filter any columns. (Attachment)
2) Is it able to have these totals printed on PDFs and Print options? Unfortunately this functionality is not available at the moment.
I went back into the order which was showing a blank Order Total. Even though WC shows Order Total on that order as 0, I manually changed the Order Total to 0.00 and now the blank is gone. So! All of the filtering is working perfectly! Thanks for your help!
Will the sums be available on the exported reports soon? And will Counts be available for columns soon?
It is on our TODO list we are trying to find the solution and working on exported reports, but keep in mind that they are using some third party applications and therefore it is not that easy to implement.
You are welcome. If you like our plugin and support please rate our plugin at CodeCanyon on this link. It means a lot to us. Thanks.
And for count. Can you explain me what you mean about it? Do you want to count rows or something else?

How can I eliminate "0" order totals from showing? Or can I change this to the integer 0?
Hi getbin,
I can see that you removed the empty cell and the sum is working.
So just that cell was causing this issue.
You can change to integer 0 or float 0.00.

The order total column is already, and has been, a float.
Initially, with the blank order total, the sums work.
BUT, when you filter the table and the results include that blank that the sums don't work.
Hi getbin,
Can you please send me some screenshots where filtering is including blank and the sums don't work so I can solve the issue.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Yes, just to be able to count the distinct contents of columns and have that print also.
Hi getbin,
It is not a common request for distinct count but as I mentioned we have some plans to upgrade some functionalities so stay tuned for updates.
