We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I just updated to version 1.7, and now one of my larger (4000+ entries) mysql-based tables isn't loading. My smaller ones do load, it's just this one. The table starts to show without formatting, it's grayed out, and there's a progress spinner continually spinning.

Additional note: apparently my envato key has expired for this installation, but I was somehow still able to get the update. I had to use a key from another installation just to post this ticket. I'm happy to rollback to 1.6.2, but I seem to be stuck in limbo here.

Nevermind. I found an old copy of 1.6.2 I had hiding somewhere and used the manual update instructions to roll back myself through the FTP.

    Hi Jason,
    Thank you for your purchase.

You want to update again to 1.7 so we could investigate this issue or you want to continue with 1.6.2?

I appreciate that it would be valuable to your team to investigate this and clear out any bugs if there are any. However, this chart is a highly trafficked resource for home heating contractors, and the heating season is definitely under way. I could maybe try to recreate the issue on another, unrelated site using 1.7, but it's a completely different server so there's no guarantee it would reproduce.

Unless you think that would be worth it for your team, let's stick with 1.6.2 on this site and you can consider this ticket resolved.

    Thank you.
