Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here because this ticket is private and nobody can see it except us.
This is problem with yours "Amazon Web Services" plugin which extends wordpress media library functionality and remove files from local server to amazon cloud.
Unfortunately we do not have integration for this plugin at the moment. Our plugin relies on native wordpress functionality and tries to find files on your local server, so please investigate possibilities to exclude files that you want to use with our plugin from moving into the cloud.
I install the plugin yesterday and i try to import the excel file but I always get the same error that the file is not exist but the file do exist
