We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

    I have different visual from preview to normal view as you can see in attachment.

    We use PHP 5.5

    Dear Milos in the attachment is clear the problem....In preview i see a table and when i put the short code in the page the view is different.

    Hi Siapen,

    Can you please send me a link of your page where you have placed wpDataTable?

    Also please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials just check Private Replay so  nobody can see it except us.

    Hi Siapen,

    Plugin CCSlider WP is breaking all JS on your website and creates JavaScript errors that breaks all JS on your page. I have disable it and table is working as it should. Please take a look at this page - Link
